Method
1.Heating the mixed yolk, sugar, salt above hot water
2.Adding almond paste, honey, fresh cream and herb
3.Adding lemon juice, rum, almond wine and butter
4.Adding wheatmeal, hazelnut powder, arrowroot powder and Shoei orange peel dice
5.Baking at 150℃ for 40 minutes
