| 1.Heating the mixed yolk, sugar, salt above hot water |
| 2.Adding almond paste, honey, fresh cream and herb |
| 3.Adding lemon juice, rum, almond wine and butter |
| 4.Adding wheatmeal, hazelnut powder, arrowroot powder and Shoei orange peel dice |
| 5.Baking at 150℃ for 40 minutes |
